Discounted Masters Program

Have you ever thought about getting a masters degree but cost or travel was prohibitive?  SDW and UW-Whitewater will again partner to offer three pathways:
Masters of Science in Professional Development (30 credits): Cohort 2
Master of Science in Special Education with Cross-Categorical Licensure in Special Education (39 credits)
Master of Science in Special Education with Specialist Certificates in Autism and Transition (36 credits)

The classes are taught by SDW staff and UW-Whitewater staff, allowing for a reduced cost.  Also, a majority of the classes will be held in SDW!

With enough participants PER COHORT, the program will begin the summer of 2018.  Please fill out this simple form to indicate interest.  You will then be provided with more information after you complete the form.

Also, are you interested in receiving an ESL License?  UW-Whitewater and Delavan-Darien are partnering with Waukesha hoping to get enough people to run a cohort (held in Delavan).  You do not need to speak another language to get this 16 credit license, and it will help you in serving our growing English Language Learners population.  If you are multilingual, for an additional 6 credits and a language proficiency requirement, you can earn your bilingual/bicultural license, allowing you to teach your content/subject in both languages.  Do you want to find a way to wrap this package into a masters program or already have one of the certs and want to add on?  If there is enough interest, an opportunity might be available!  There was a prior post about this from March 2nd's Connect, but if you are interested in any of these options listed, please fill out this form.
