As our district focuses on robust communication, we continue to prioritize our efforts to engage all staff with input around our goals for learning. Part of this process relies on the importance of gaining your input through staff surveys.Your input will help us gain a higher degree of staff engagement, balancing workload and increasing ownership and efficiencies across our system. The survey image captures this important work through our own theory of action that we wanted to forecast for you.
The why behind each of these surveys will be described at the top of each of them. We want to thank you ahead of time for the gift of your feedback as we know that your employee performance, engagement and productivity will lead to an increase in student success as defined through community, college and career readiness.
