Year 2 SAIL...All About Coherence

                                                                                                                                                                                     As you know, all of our schools are wrapping up year one with the SAIL (School Administrators Institute for Transformational Leadership) framework as their school improvement compass.

Todd and the executive team have been working over the past month on a similar district process to help us establish our own School District of Waukesha Theory of Action, a few broad strategic objectives. This has been a collaborative and highly valuable process that is poised to help build continued coherence across our system.

Each district department will be solidifying their own strategic objectives, focus areas as well as short and long-term goals that tie directly back to this working Theory of Action.

We are confident that as we narrow our focus as a system, this will model similar successful leadership actions among our schools and all of our employees.
